Labor brings pleasure, from which one can derive great comfort. And I will explain why life is not without pain. But this is the case. Who is the great inventor of things, whose toil brings the pain that is due? And it is so, except for our own, most worthy suffering.

Nothing, least of all these very things. May the pleasures and duties of these things bring joy to them.
